
Essex Council has offered a job to the runner up of The Apprentice 2008.
Lord Hanningfield, leader of Essex Council, said: "Essex County Council is as ambitious as any private company.

So Lee won! All a bit of an anti-climax after an excellent series. Personally I wouldn't have hired any of them
Lee, who talks about himself in the third person (“Lee McQueen is not happy”), thought his target customer would indulge in
manicures, pedicures and he would definitely shave his balls! Whatever! There is something transfixing in the way he speaks – he is so full of enthusiasm you never know where a sentence might go (does he?), especially after it is plunged through a barrow-boy filter.
